Alinda Villas is a pool villa development in Thep Krasattri, Phuket, developed by Prudent Builder Co., Ltd. The villas offer 3 or 4 bedrooms, with sizes from 440 to 687.43 sqm, and the project is currently under construction.
The construction approach includes double-block external walls for insulation, a full concrete roof waterproofed with Radcon #7, WPC (wood-plastic composite) for external ceilings and cladding, and steel mesh reinforcement within the plaster to limit cracking. Bedroom floors are waterproofed prior to the installation of wooden flooring, and the terrace roof is cantilevered without columns, keeping views unobstructed.
Interior details include solid-core doors, real marble in the master bathrooms, recessed skirtings, and built-in storage such as a shoe room, garage storage, pantry, Thai kitchen and maid's room. Kitchens are equipped with Electrolux appliances, and each villa includes a wine cellar under the island. Pools are installed by specialist contractors.
Each villa is fitted with pre-installed water filtration (carbon and BREAM), while the project includes sand filtration, a 5 m3 water tank per villa and a 100 m3 project tank. A standard 5 kW Sonnex solar system with a 10 kW Solis inverter is included, upgradeable to 12 kW, along with pre-installed Wi-Fi.
